Muffins / Cupcakes with poppy seed filling!

Some days ago I was in a mood to try some new cupcakes or muffins and I chose to make some with poppy seed filling. You can see the result, which was quite delicious, above!

    We like the lemon poppyseed ones at our house-the cheapo ones from Krusteaz. 🙂

    I adore poppy seeds… but never thought of having them as a filling like you’ve done! They look heavenly!
